[xmlschemata] Ann: chapters 2 to 12 of my Relax NG book

Hi,

The chapters 2 to 12 of my Relax NG book (ie most of the user's guide)
are now available for reading (and review):

I have posted chapter 12 (annotations) yesterday evening and it's been
the most complex to write so far, because of:

A) Annotations are forbidden in text only elements (param and value)
B) The compact syntax becomes... verbose when you start annotating it.

I have found that these two points are very representative of the
difficulty to write extensible schemas and also of the advantage of
using XML as soon as you need extensibility (in other words, XML
vocabulary are not easy to extend but the situation is 10 times worse
with non XML syntaxe)!
