I've been working with XVIF, in part to consider it for bundling in 4Suite and
in part to make sure we can help manage any breakage of it in the run up to
0.12.0.
I did get experimental support of the basic RELAX NG validation going. For

I plan to add a more sophisticated framework for using the rest of XVIF this
week.
If you are intersted in trying it out, you'll need CVS versions of 4Suite.
