I have just uploaded a first draft of the suite:

It's implemented as a big XML document (suite.xml) with a Saxon/XSLT
transformation to split it into several sub-directories (split.xsl).

I have also written a python unit test script currently interfaced with
my python implementation of regular fragmentations which I can adapt to
call external implementations if it helps:
