[examplotron] external references

You could include external references in the "iconic 80%" by allowing URIs
anywhere that references are allowed (currently, this is restricted to
@eg:content - but the markup for an attribute _might_ also allow for its
inclusion in there). This, by itself, would go a long way toward allowing
for modular schema design.

@eg:content="URI" would map to <externalRef href="URI"/>.
